Chapman Consulting facilitates two Collaborative Planning and Implementation (CPI) workgroups on behalf of the Department of Health Care Services. The CPI collaboratives bring together local Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports stakeholders to work together to identify, discuss, and resolve topical implementation issues, improve outcomes, and to shape planning and implementation activities.​

The SouthBay Regional Collaborative comprises Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties and includes providers, clinics, community-based organizations, and county government.
