- Provide support to health care organizations to effectively address state and federal regulatory and statutory requirements
- Develop strategic planning for opportunities to participate in and improve the health care market
- Identify contractual opportunities and connections with key policy makers and relevant health care organizations to achieve organizational goals
- Assess internal and external resources
- Evaluate innovative financing arrangements
- Develop agendas and facilitate internal and external meetings
- Prepare staff for meetings related to specific organizational priorities
- Provide training to staff or other contractors
- Evaluate current processes or initiatives to look for ways to streamline or enhance projects
- Offer technical expertise on contracting and government relations
- Engage the appropriate stakeholders to develop the necessary relationships with various non-governmental stakeholders and prepare staff for strategic discussions
- Facilitate meetings, both large and small, with various stakeholders and potential partners
- Provide insights and help with the development of relationships with federal and state government officials and agencies
- Provide analytical and operational support for an organization as it responds to RFPs
- Develop recommendations and action plans based on an extensive knowledge of the federal and state statutes and regulations
- Assist with the development of robust application response that highlights the innovations and other strategies that will differentiate a health care organization from others in the market
- Identify and assist with additional opportunities for funding, such as through pilots funded by the government or through strategic partnerships with payers, providers, or foundations
