Athena Chapman

Athena Chapman, MPP, President and founder of Chapman Consulting, provides strategic planning, meeting facilitation, and organizational support to private, non-profit, and government organizations. Her expertise includes policy and regulatory analysis, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, and program implementation. Previously, she served as Vice President of State Programs for the California Association of Health Plans and as a Branch Chief at the Department of Health Care Services. Athena began her career as a Presidential Management Fellow with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
