Collaborative Planning and Implementation (CPI) initiative groups are composed of stakeholders in a county or region that work together to identify, discuss, and resolve topical implementation issues and identify funding initiatives that may be used to address implementation gaps and improve outcomes. Chapman Consulting facilitates the San Francisco and South Bay Collaboratives.
