Elizabeth Evenson​

Elizabeth Evenson, Vice President, advises a diverse range of clients, including health plans, non-profits, and foundations, on navigating the complex landscape of health care policy. She is a seasoned policy expert and government affairs professional with over 17 years of experience in health care delivery systems, regulatory advocacy, and legislative analysis.

Previously, Elizabeth served as Associate Director of State Programs at the California Association of Health Plans, where she advocated for Medi-Cal managed care plans. She led efforts to influence policy, developed consensus among industry leaders, and crafted thoughtful responses to proposed regulatory directives to ensure positive outcomes for health care coverage. Elizabeth’s early career included legislative analyst roles with the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery and the Department of Conservation, where she led policy analysis and legislative proposals to advance state agency missions.
